When?

18th to 21stNovember2015

• The seminar starts on Wednesday 18th November at 18.00 so that the participants may arrive during the day. Check-in at the hotel is available from 14:00 on.

• The seminar ends on Saturday 21st November with a cultural visit.

 

Rooms are reserved for all participants at the hotel: 3 nights (18th to 20th November 2015)

The participants are expected to be able to take part in the full programme.

 

How to register for participation?

The registration of the participants is handled by each National Agencyin Erasmus+ programme countries.If you are interested in participating, please contact your National Agency for Erasmus+.

If your National Agency can fund your participation, you are very welcome if you pay your own expenses

 

Seminar fees

This contact seminar is funded under Erasmus+ Programme Transnational Cooperation Activities(TCA). Participation is partially supported by the participants' National Agencies. Contact your own National Agency forfinancial support for the seminar (including possible grants to cover the fee).

Getting there

 

The hotel is located in Ericeira.

If you need transfer to the hotel there will be two buses departing from Lisbon airport to take the participants to the hotel. We will give further information on departure times closer to the seminar starting date.

 

BY CAR

Ericeira is also only 30 minutes from Lisbon, with direct access by motorway.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Ericeira is connected to Lisbon by express coach service that departs from Campo Grande bus station. The bus service is operated by Mafrense and their buses depart from stands 4 and 5. This service is operated like a standard bus service with tickets purchased from the bus driver and there is no means to reserve seats. There are many services throughout the day with the first at 7:00 and last at 22:00 (check time tables for exact seasonal variations).

There is a minimum of one service every hour but during the peak season there are many more a single adult ticket cost €5.50. There are two service express (85minutes) and standard the express (120minutes), the standard routes has many more stops and does not follow the express route so is not recommend. Campo Grande bus station is attached to Campo Grande Metro station that is served by both the yellow and green lines.
